3. Office of Student Rights and Responsibilities
Who Benefits: All JJC students
What's Offered:
- Students can report complaints (Title IX, FERPA, Civil Rights, ADA, First Amendment, Code of Conduct, Academic Honor Code)
- Support and intervention in incidents that involve sexual harassment, misconduct, sexual violence, dating and relationship violence, sexual exploitation, stalking and bullying

6. Early Childhood Center
Who Benefits: JJC students who are parents to children ages 3-5
What's Offered:
- Available in the fall and spring from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
- State-certified and operated by childcare professionals, student workers, and volunteers
- Follows guidelines established by the National Association of the Education of Young Children
- Supports and encourages children to participate in the learning process through both child-initiated and teacher-supported activities

10. English as a Second Language Classes
Who Benefits: Community members who need help learning English
What's Offered:
- Assistance for those who need to improve their English skills for academic, professional, or personal purposes
